Civil-Structural Technical Lead

The Role: 

A Technical Leader is the one who runs the teams of modelers for specific projects. They’re in charge of mentoring the modelers on software usage and best practices, detecting missing information and handling RFI/RFCs, and doing Quality Control within their assigned disciplines. The Job Captain must also be able to do modeling tasks; in fact, they develop excellent models, combining this with the internal management of the modeler’s coordinated actions within the project. 

 

Mandatory Requirements

  • An Upper Intermediate level of English is an absolute must.
  • Architecture/Engineering degree.

  • +5 years of experience using Revit, Navisworks, RECAP, Cloud Compare for MEP projects.

  • Experience managing teams of people and dealing with clients.

 

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in US-based projects

Compensation

Compensation will be in USD, competitive and commensurate with experience.
