Electrical Bootcamp for Modelers/BIM Specialist

The Role 

This is a unique opportunity for Modelers and BIM Specialists looking to accelerate their career in the electrical BIM space. 

In this role, you will create and develop high‑quality BIM models for electrical trades, reviewing design documentation and specifications to ensure constructible, coordinated, and client‑ready deliverables. You will work with a high level of autonomy, proactively identifying clashes and improving model quality. 

As part of this opportunity, you will join an exclusive six‑week Electrical Bootcamp, designed to prepare BIM Modelers and Specialists for direct integration into Electrical Business Units. The program combines structured learning with real‑world practice: 

  • Daily live morning sessions for technical guidance, explanations, and Q&A 

  • Asynchronous learning activities, including videos and hands‑on exercises 

  • Live sessions with electrical subject‑matter experts 

  • Three weeks focused on learning and practice, followed by three weeks working in project mode 

 

If successfully completed, participants will be onboarded into an Electrical Business Unit (BU), where they will apply their skills on live projects and continue growing within a strategic and expanding discipline. 

 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Revit 

  • Experience working with the electrical trade 

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred 

  • Upper-intermediate to advanced level of English required 

  • Construction industry background 

  • Knowledge of BIM processes and standards 

  • Experience in electrical systems and coordination 

 

Desirable Requirements 

  • Experience working on U.S.-based projects
