Facility Managment BIM Specialist

The Role 

As a Facility Managment BIM Specialist, you will play a critical role in resolving issues in broken models and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires a proactive, independent professional who can investigate projects individually, adapt to unique situations, and maintain excellent communication with clients.  
 

Top Job Responsibilities 

  • Communicate directly with clients to understand and resolve project requirements. 

  • Investigate and analyze individual projects to address unique challenges. 

  • Fix broken BIM models, focusing on resolution rather than creating new designs. 

  • Manage projects autonomously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. 

 

Minimum Requirements and skills 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. 

  • Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Navisworks, Revit (a course may suffice). 

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel. 

  • Understanding of BIM and construction processes. 

  • Language: Excellent English for client communication.
