IT Support Jr/ssr

Summary: 
As an IT Support at ENG, you will provide comprehensive and reliable technical support to ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of the company’s IT systems and equipment. Your goal is to resolve technical issues quickly, assist users promptly, and maintain a stable IT environment to drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software (including asset management).
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
  • Document all support activities and resolutions in a ticketing system or knowledge base.
  • Set up and configure new user accounts, profiles, and access rights (onboarding/offboarding, internal changes).
  • Perform routine maintenance: system updates, backups, security patches.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for IT resources.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, vendors, and departments to resolve complex issues and streamline processes.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Research and implement new technological trends, best practices, and process innovations.
  • Monitor onboarding/offboarding processes, ticket resolution times, project delivery, and user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Completed or ongoing studies in System/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
  • Minimum 1 year in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Jira, Autodesk, remote assistance tools, and scripting.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Asset management and user account administration.

  • Advanced English (writing, speaking, reading).

Desirable

  • Experience supporting AI bots or virtual assistants (e.g., troubleshooting, user onboarding, integration, or maintenance of AI-powered support tools).
