Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager with solid experience in a B2B service-based environment, to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives that drive business growth. This hands-on role blends project management with growth marketing and requires someone who thrives on both structure and creativity.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion, optimize performance through data and automation, and coordinate closely with both internal teams and external partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage end-to-end project workflows, define timelines, assign tasks, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Align marketing campaigns with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, sales) and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment and execution.
  • Facilitate clear communication and updates between all project stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign results and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on effectiveness.
  • Use, oversee and help administer marketing tools such as CRMs, automation platforms, and project management software.
  • Continuously improve project workflows and internal processes.
  • Support SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies, monitor and improve conversion funnels.
  • Ensure brand messaging and tone are consistent across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate to develop messaging, value propositions, and brand-consistent assets.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Marketing, ideally within a B2B service-based environment.
  • Proven experience managing marketing projects and initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing, including inbound marketing, lead generation, email campaigns, SEO, and automation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Asana (or similar).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest performance improvements.
