The Role
The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for producing creative, visually appealing, and interactive designs for digital and print media. This includes designing graphics, animations, videos, social media content, and presentations for internal and external communication purposes. The role requires a balance of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and understanding of the latest trends in multimedia design.  

Collaboration with Teams: Work with Marketing, Internal Communications and Delivery teams, to understand project needs and produce multimedia content that aligns with the company's goals and vision. 

 

Top Job Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design & Layout: Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for social media, advertisements, newsletters, brochures, sales collateral, and other digital or print materials. 

  • Animation & Motion Graphics: Develop animated graphics and videos for marketing, sales, and educational purposes. 

  • Video Production & Editing: Edit and produce high-quality videos for diverse platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and visual style. 

  • Presentations for Internal & Client Meetings: Design engaging and visually appealing presentations for internal teams and client meetings, ensuring clear communication of key messages and alignment with the company’s branding guidelines. 

  • Branding: Take responsibility for maintaining and managing the brand book, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all media and internal communications. 

  •  

  • Stay Current with Trends: Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain fresh and modern designs. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in multimedia design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) 

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects (graphic design, video production, animations, etc.) 

  • Experience in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint. 

  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics software. 

  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment with a variety of stakeholders. 

  • Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken). 

  • Corporate or institutional experience in designing content that adheres to organizational branding and communication standards (3-5 years preferred). 

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills. 

  • Creativity, innovation, and the ability to think outside the box. 

  • Good communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly. 

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 

  • Proven experience in multimedia design, video production, and graphic design (3-5 years preferred)
