Product Owner

As a Senior Product Owner, you will serve as the key intermediary between the production and development teams. You will be responsible for analyzing production requests and translating them into well-defined product requirements. This includes shaping user experiences, delivering detailed technical specifications, and ensuring that business objectives align with product vision and strategy.

  • Gathering and Documenting Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. 

  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to business processes and workflows. 

  • Communication and Collaboration: Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. 

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define, develop, and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. 

  • Roadmap and Prioritization: Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure successful product development and launch.  

 

Minimum Requirements and skills 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • 5+ years of experience in product lifecycle management, with experience in agile methodologies. 

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification. 

  • Advanced proficiency in English. 

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL). 

  • Knowledge of BIM or AEC. 

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, SQL, Excel, and Revit is a plus.
