General Scope & Goals

The Project Manager will own the full lifecycle of the Deel implementation—from planning and coordination to rollout and closure—ensuring the platform is correctly configured, adopted, and fully understood by the organization.

The role focuses on execution, coordination, and knowledge capture, rather than ongoing operational ownership beyond the project duration.

    • User guides and reference materials

    • Key decisions, assumptions, and constraints

    • Ownership and escalation guidelines

  • Ensure all documentation is validated and accessible at project closure.

Go-Live & Project Closure

  • Coordinate go-live activities and stabilization.

  • Lead formal project closure, ensuring full handover and completion of all deliverables.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience leading HR systems or HR tech implementations (Deel or similar platforms).

Nice to Have

  • Previous hands-on experience implementing Deel.

  • Experience in global or distributed organizations.

  • Background in People Systems or HR Tech projects.

  • Familiarity with contractor and employee compliance across multiple countries.

  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications.

What We Offer

  • Part-time, project-based engagement with a defined scope and an estimated duration of 7 months.

  • Opportunity to lead a strategic system implementation.

  • Collaborative, people-first culture.
