The Roles:
Senior Electrical BIM Lead / Manager
We are growing our Electrical BIM team and are looking to connect with senior electrical BIM professionals who want to play a key role in delivering
complex, large‑scale projects for the US market.
This is a wide search for a variety of senior roles, including BIM Leads, BIM Managers, BIM Coordinators, BIM Technical Leaders and BIM Project Managers.
All of them require experienced professionals who operate at the intersection of technical expertise, project leadership, and constructability-driven BIM execution.
Depending on background and strengths, you may act as a technical lead, coordination lead, or project execution lead across multiple electrical BIM scopes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee electrical BIM execution across projects, ensuring models and deliverables are accurate, constructible, and aligned with client
standards. - Act as a technical reference for electrical systems, codes, and best practices.
- Coordinate internal teams (modelers and specialists) and interface with clients, contractors, and other trades.
- Participate in project setup, scope definition, and execution strategy.
- Drive QA/QC and constructability reviews, identifying clashes and design risks early.
- Support and mentor team members, promoting technical autonomy and quality culture.
- Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and BIM innovation.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and leadership on scheduling, priorities, and resource planning.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency (absolutely mandatory).
- Strong background in Electrical BIM / VDC for complex construction projects.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating electrical BIM teams or scopes.
- Solid knowledge of electrical construction standards, codes, and field practices.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination workflows.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and coordination.
- Strong communication skills, especially in multidisciplinary and client-facing environments.
- Experience working on US-market projects is highly valued.

📍 Location
