Account Manager (Sales Inbound)

The Role:
An Account Manager at ENG fosters long-term relationships with existing clients, driving customer retention, and loyalty. By providing exceptional service and support, Account Managers aim to enhance the possibility of cross-selling and generating referrals from satisfied clients. Additionally, Account Managers play a critical role in ensuring a continuous workflow for ENG by effectively managing client accounts, addressing their needs, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. Through proactive engagement and strategic account management, this role contributes to the overall growth and success of ENG while delivering value to our clients.

 

Specific scope and responsibilities:
· Building and maintaining relationships with customers: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized interactions.
· Understanding customer needs: Gain a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, challenges, and preferences to anticipate their needs effectively.
· Developing account strategies: Formulate strategic plans tailored to each client's goals and objectives, identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
· Facilitating communication between customers and other units within the company: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication to address client needs promptly.
· Developing strategic account plans: Create comprehensive plans to achieve revenue and growth targets for assigned clients, incorporating insights from market analysis and customer feedback.
· Negotiating terms, contracts, and agreements: Engage in negotiations with clients to establish mutually beneficial partnerships, ensuring terms and agreements align with company objectives and policies.
· Handling and solving customer complaints or issues: Address customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams/units: Work closely with departments such as marketing and delivery to align strategies and resources, ensuring seamless delivery of products or services to clients.
· Maintaining detailed records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and account history, providing insights for future planning and decision-making.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
• 7+ years of relevant experience (at least 3 of which should be as an Account Manager)
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CRM management (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, Hubspot)
• Experience dealing with several account sizes

 

Desirable:
• Degree or formation in business and related fields
• Experience in start-up environments
• Background in the construction industry
