In this role, you'll have a broad range of responsibilities encompassing client management, project and scope management, ensuring business unit efficiency, overseeing BIM services, managing HR functions, handling QAQC processes, managing vendors, and preparing quotes.

  • Help our clients with the project scope definition. 
  • Ensure client satisfaction. 
  • Manage resource development. 
  • Ensure project quality. 
  • Overall coordination with Directors and others Business Units. 
  • Profitability: Make the project profitable for the client, for the BU, for ENGworks and for the team. 
  • Promote and ensure a healthy, fun, and professional work environment.

Mandatory Requirements

  • An Advanced level of English is an absolute must.
  • Architect degree.
  • BIM Background
  • +10 years working for US projects with BIM Methodology
  • Team and client management.
  • Strong technical skills with documentation, Revit modelling and Navisworks Coordination
