Arquitectural Assistant Project Manager

A Project Manager is the one who oversees many of the aspects projects have, not only relating to the technical things (like the model and clash-detection), but also dealing with budget and billing, and working on many projects at the same time. The PM role is more managerial than technical, dealing with time and team management.

 

Mandatory requirements. 

  • An Upper Intermediate level of English is an absolute must.
  • Skills and experience with People Management is the most crucial for this position. 
  • Vast experience modeling in Revit achitecture.
  • Experience with US projects and clients is a must. 
  • Between 5-10 years of experience at least.

 

Desirables requirements

  • Master in BIM Management. 
  • Experience managing vendors and external stakeholders.
