ENG (engbim.com) is a BIM company that specializes in hands-on, field-focused BIM services. Founded in 2007, we have positioned itself as the largest and most experienced BIM production service provider in the United States, having completed 5,000 BIM projects with a dedicated team of over 500 staff members. We provide MEP Modeling, VDC/BIM Management, Laser Scanning, and Scan to BIM services, as well as a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners. 

 

The Role 

We are seeking a driven and results-focused Senior Outbound Sales Representative with 3-5 years of experience, ideally working with clients in the USA market. This role demands a proactive, self-managing individual with a solid grasp of KPIs and a strong orientation toward achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a high-stakes environment where self-motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit are key. A high level of English proficiency is essential, as regular client communication will be critical to success in this role.  
 

Minimum Requirements and Skills 

  • Advanced English proficiency 

  • 3-5 years in outbound sales, preferably with USA market exposure.  

  • Experience in a structured, process-oriented environment is ideal. 

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot's Marketing module. 

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, KPI-driven mindset, ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn about new markets such as BIM. 

  • Desirable: Knowledge about BIM.
