We provide MEP Modeling, VDC/BIM Management, Laser Scanning, and Scan to BIM services, as well as a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners.
The Role: The Business Development Team Leader at ENG will lead, supervise, coach and incentivize a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) tasked with driving initial engagement with prospective clients, creating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. The primary goal is to support the BDR to expand ENG’s footprint by reaching out to targeted companies and securing meetings for the sales team. This is a crucial role helping the BDRs with the correct strategies for identifying new business opportunities, bypassing objections, nurturing them for future growth and working cross-functionally with the brooder ENG team in support of the BDR program
This role will have a seat at the table to define and diagram the BDR program and propose improvements and enhancements to drive success
Mandatory Requirements:
· Experience in leading and coaching a team of BDRs or SDRs for at least 1-2 years.
· 2+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR, with major focus on outbound calling.
· Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly SalesForce, is highly desirable, especially in reporting and KPIs control.
· Experience using call coaching tools (e.g. Gong) and call dialers (e.g. Aircall).
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
· Desirable: experience selling to US-based companies or supervising a team selling to US-based companies.
· Experience in the construction industry is desirable, but not required.

Location:
All positions at ENG are remote.
Compensation
Compensation will be in USD, competitive and commensurate with experience. Variable compensation will tied to the performance of the whole BDR team being led.
