Civil-Structural Modeler/BIM Specialist

A modeler, as its very name says, is the one who models the buildings in Revit or similar programs. Depending on their seniority or expertise, they can model one or more disciplines. Modelers at ENG must also understand and review discipline specifications, project manuals, and submittals (Quality Analysis), and be able to read the design information provided by our clients to create accurate and constructible BIM models.

Mandatory Requirements: 

• An Upper Intermediate level of English is an absolute must.
• Engineering degree (Civil Engineering desirable)
• +3 years of experience in Civil/Structure projects.
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Revit and Navisworks (structure trade)

Desirable Requirements: 

• Experience in US-based projects.
