A Job Captain is the one who runs the teams of modelers for specific projects. They’re in charge of mentoring the modelers on software usage and best practices, detecting missing information and handling RFI/RFCs, and doing Quality Control within their assigned disciplines. The Job Captain must also be able to do modeling tasks; in fact, they develop excellent models, combining this with the internal management of the modeler’s coordinated actions within the project. 

Mandatory requirements:

• An Advanced level of conversational and written English is an absolute must.
• Electrical/Civil Engineering background or degree.
• +5 years of background AND/OR experience within the electrical field: telecommunications, data centers, cabling and such.
• Experience using Revit and Navisworks for electrical projects. 
• Experience managing teams of people and dealing with clients.

Desirable:

• Experience in US-based projects.
