Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated IT Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and resolving any technical issues that may arise. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Resolve Connection Issues: Assist users with various connection problems, including Wi-Fi, passwords, and internet service provider issues. Provide troubleshooting steps via calls and guide users through the installation of Remote Desktop for remote support.

· Install Programs: Provide users with a webpage to download necessary software and offer clear instructions and support throughout the installation process to avoid complications.

· Restore Deleted Folders from Network Drives: Escalate incidents to corporate support for restoring deleted folders from network drives. Document issues thoroughly and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

· Delete or Move Profiles within Virtual Machines: Coordinate with corporate support to efficiently and securely move or delete profiles between virtual machines, minimizing disruption to users.

· Update Programs: Work with corporate support to update the single Windows image deployed across all virtual machines. Plan and schedule updates to ensure all virtual machines run the latest software versions without significant downtime.

· Access management: Provide initial support to access issues andrRedirect users to the appropriate contacts if required for assistance with access to AGS, virtual machines, VPN, or network drives.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.

· Proactive and customer-focused approach to IT support.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with remote desktop support tools.

· Familiarity with network drive management and virtual machine environments.

· Knowledge of CRM systems and software installation processes.
