Mechanical Project Manager

A Project Manager is the one who oversees many of the aspects projects have, not only relating to the technical things (like the model and clash-detection), but also dealing with budget and billing, and working on many projects at the same time. The PM role is more managerial than technical, dealing with time and team management.

Mandatory Requirements:

• An Advanced level of English is an absolute must.
• Architecture/Engineering degree.
• +7 years of experience, the last of which as a Project Manager or similar positions with MEP BIM projects experience.
• Advanced Revit & Navisworks knowledge and applied experience in the MEP trades (process piping/design preferred).

Desirable Requirements:

Experience in US-based projects (desirable).
