Processes Implementor & Quality Analyst

Growth over the next five years is expected to be both organic and inorganic.  This growth has created an immediate need for a Processes Implementor & Quality Analyst.  Supporting the PMO team, the Processes Implementor will hold a critical individual contributor role, responsible for testing, analyzing and ensure the quality of the PMO processes, establishing procedures and scenarios for quality control. 

 

Top Job Responsibilities:

🛠️ Develop and implement a quality plan, create and manage KPIS 

📋 Report non conformities and track action planning.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:  

🏛️ Professional or advanced student in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or Economic Sciences.

🕵️‍♂️ +1 year experience in process auditing/internal control/internal and/or external auditing. Desirable in a service company.

🔧 Independent/flexible problem-solver with the ability to adapt as the business grows.

🛠️ Knowledge of ISO 9001/BPM/Business Process Management/Cobit.

🏃‍♂️ Knowledge of agile methodologies (Desirable).

📈 Knowledge and application of continuous improvement tools: Lean, Six Sigma, Kanban, PDCA Cycle, etc.

🚀 Comfortable working in a fast-paced team with changing priorities.

🗣️ Upper intermediate or Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation
