Project Manager Design Tools Install

At ENG, the Project Manager position includes a wide variety of activities and responsibilities that can include, but are not limited to, the statements below. Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.

  • Advanced English proficiency (a must).

  • Strong business acumen with a client-centric approach.

  • Proven relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing U.S.-based projects.

  • Prior leadership of engineering teams.

  • Knowledge of the microchip manufacturing industry and data centers.

  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs.

🚀 Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Planning: Define and execute long-term business strategies that align with ENG’s vision and growth goals.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key external partners. Identify opportunities for expansion and collaboration.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the Business Unit’s P&L, overseeing budgets, profitability, and revenue targets to ensure sustainable financial performance.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Guide and mentor Project Managers and key staff, promote leadership across teams, and ensure access to resources and growth opportunities.

  • Project & Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of people and tools across multiple projects to maximize productivity and project success.

  • Business Development: Partner with Sales and other departments to expand the client base, lead proposal efforts, and close new business opportunities.

  • Innovation & Process Improvement: Drive a culture of innovation in collaboration with the PMO and Innovation teams. Lead initiatives to improve workflows, efficiency, and service quality.

  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks across projects, operations, and financials to ensure smooth execution and business continuity.
