QA Analyst

The Role 

A QA Analyst receives developments, performs tests to find defects, and incrementally enhances the product quality. You will be responsible of searching for errors in the received developments and, from there, improve the quality as well as install and uninstall Add-Ins 

 

Mandatory Requirements: 

  • An Upper Intermediate level of English is an absolute must. 

  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 

  • Test case creation and execution – Identify elements that compose a test case 

  • Bug Reporting – Identify elements of a bug 

  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or ALM. 

 

Desirable Requirements

  • Familiarity with ISTQB concepts 

  • Critical thinking to identify potential points of failure in systems. 

  • Attention to detail for identifying edge cases or minor defects. 

  • Collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and convey issues effectively. 

  • Presentation skills 

  • Proactiveness in identifying risks and suggesting improvements. 

  • Team collaboration and adaptability in dynamic environments.
