Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead AI, automation, and digital transformation projects within the PMO from inception to delivery. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and development to final deployment, ensuring successful implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in project management with a focus on technology-driven initiatives, IT, automation, and AI implementation, and a track record of leading complex technical projects with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
· Management of cross-functional projects across the company
· Ensure AI and automation initiatives align with overall business transformation goals, working closely with IT and business teams
· Lead the end-to-end management of AI and automation projects, including scope definition, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
· Develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategies.
· Utilize Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies to drive project execution and iterative development.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
· Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, software developers, and business leaders to define project requirements and success criteria.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
· Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and consultants as needed.
Risk Management & Quality Assurance:
· Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
· Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
· Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and process improvements.
Escalation
· Serve as technical escalation point for engineering staff.
· Work with technical managers to identify and resolve persistent and lingering issues.
· Identify resources needed to resolve issues in a timely manner
